Get In Touch
If you have any enquiry at all, please feel free to get in touch and we will do our very best to help. If we don't offer the service you need, we will know someone who does!
Any information, including your name, email address, or phone number ,will be used to enable us to contact you in response to your enquiry, and not for marketing, promotion, or other purposes, and will not be passed-on to other organisations, (unless it is to assist you directly with your specific enquiry, if we feel that a third party will be better placed to service your needs.)
The completion of the Contact form below, and clicking the Send Message button below is an indication of your acceptance of us using the information you provide to us, in this way, (in GDPR terms it is a positive 'opt-in').
All Chartered Surveyors are required to retain details of all work undertaken on behalf of Clients for a period of 15 years, therefore all information passed to us by you in relation to a specific engagement, will be archived, (both electronically and in paper form), for this period. This is likely to include those details current at the time of your contact, including your name, address, telephone number (landline and mobile), email address, etc., and, for example, all information relating to the property we inspect on your behalf, where you are asking us to carry out a Survey.
Whilst that information may be used by us to contact you, as we have indicated above it will not generally be made available to any third party individuals or organisations. After 15 years have elapsed, all information will be securely disposed-of, paper copies shredded and electronic copies deleted.
If you do not engage us to undertake work on your behalf, all information provided will be deleted 6 months after your initial contact.
Please see our GDPR 2018 Privacy Notice page, which goes into such matters more fully, particularly in connection with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), for more information.
