Stilings can equally well advise you on the state of repair of a terraced house, a detached mansion or business premises. So unless you are confident in your own ability to see through the gloss presented by the agent or vendor to the true condition of the structure and fabric of the building beneath, you should consider asking Stilings to advise you on the condition of the property, of likely foreseeable maintenance and repair, and the normal expectation for repair in any age of building.

Stilings do not restrict themselves to providing advice simply in connection with the purchase of buildings but have the experience to assist throughout the whole cycle of the development process of the sale or purchase of land for building whether of a single plot or many acres for development or redevelopment of residential and commercial property.
